Federal Highway Administration

Yeh has worked for both the Central Federal Lands and Western Federal Lands Highway Divisions. We currently are the prime consultant on a geotechnical engineering services IDIQ contract with Central Federal Lands. We are also subconsultants on several contracts with large architectural and engineering firms.

Projects we have worked on have included: Beartooth Road, Guanella Pass, Generals Highway, Beaver to Junction, Washington Road, Bear Lake Road, Joe’s Valley Landslides, Mendocino Landslide, Wentworth Road, Dinosaur National Monument, Mesa Verde National Park as well as other smaller projects. Our work has included geotechnical investigations for pavement rehabilitation and repair, bridges, and landslide evaluation and stabilization. Many of these site investigations have required drilling in difficult and environmentally sensitive terrain. Based on the results of our investigations and the proposed construction, we have provided recommendations and designs for retaining walls, including mechanically stabilized earth, soil nail, micropile and rock revetments, pavement repairs, rehabilitation or replacement, including the use and design of foaming asphalt, bridge foundations, culvert crossings, landslide stabilization and rock cut slopes and rockfall potential.

Bureau of Land Management

Yeh has worked for the Bureau of Land Management as a partnering agency on projects under other federal contracts and we currently are the prime consultant on an architectural and engineering services IDIQ contract.

Projects we have worked on have included: Hidden Valley Hotshot Facility, Yuba State Park, Farmington Maintenance Facility, Worland Office and Warehouse, and the Built Environment Guidelines. Our work has included geotechnical investigations for buildings, pavement, and site surveying and aerial mapping. Many of these site investigations have required drilling in difficult terrain. Based on the results of our investigations and the proposed construction, we have provided recommendations for building foundations, pavement sections and utility installation in difficult excavation conditions.

National Park Service

Yeh has worked for the National Park Service as a partnering agency on many projects for the Federal Highway Administration and we currently are the prime consultant on an architectural and engineering services IDIQ contract. We are also subconsultants on several contracts with large architectural and engineering firms. Projects we have worked on within National Parks and Monuments have included: Beartooth Road, Generals Highway, Many Glacier Lodge, Dinosaur National Monument Visitor Center, Bear Lake Road, Tall Grass Visitor Center, Bent’s Old Fort Renovation, Wind Cave National Park Visitor Center, Bandelier National Monument Visitor Center, Carlsbad Cave National Park Visitor Center, and Mesa Verde National Park. Our work has included geotechnical investigations for pavement rehabilitation and repair, bridges, renovation of historic structures, retaining walls, and landslide evaluation and stabilization. Many of these site investigations have required drilling in difficult and environmentally sensitive terrain. Based on the results of our investigations and the proposed construction, we have provided recommendations and designs for retaining walls, including mechanically stabilized earth, soil nail, micropile and rock revetments, pavement repairs, rehabilitation or replacement, including the use and design of foaming asphalt, bridge and building foundations, culvert crossings, landslide stabilization and rock cut slopes and rockfall potential.

Yeh is currently the prime consultant on an architectural and engineering services IDIQ contract primarily for transportation projects.

Projects we have worked on have included Red Valley and Alamo Roads. Our work has included geotechnical investigations for pavement rehabilitation and repair, bridges, and roadway subgrade and embankments. Many of these site investigations have required drilling in difficult and environmentally sensitive terrain. Based on the results of our investigations and the proposed construction, we have provided recommendations and designs for retaining walls, new and existing pavement design and repairs, rehabilitation or replacement, bridge foundations, and culvert crossings.
